Getting Started Guide
Before you start setting up your BookingCalendar we recommend you watch the Video Demo tours from the "Customer's View" and the "Administrators View". These videos are intended to give you an introduction to using BookingCalendar.com's functionality.
For a more in-depth approach, watch the videos listed below.
These videos will explain each of the fields for the different Admin's within the calendar. It is helpful to have the video open in one window and your calendar in another, so you can pause the video to make a change and then go back to the video.
Basic Setup

Appointment Calendar

This is a very useful feature if a service is associated with a room/station or resource. E.G, 30 minute massage uses room "A" and "B" and hot rock massages are only held in room "B". BookingCalendar.com would check first the availability of resource (station/room) before it would book an appointment.
- Package Admin Setup Video - optional (2min 35 sec)
This is a very useful feature if you like to offer a combination of services at the same time or in consecutive order by one or multiple therapists (Schedules).
E.G. this allows you to offer "Couple Massages" or offering a package including a facial and massage executed with one or more therapists in consecutive order.
Event Calendars
Create one time or re-ocurring events/workshops which allow multiple bookings in the same time slot.
Location Admin
Categorize your schedules under multiple heading, such as "Location" or "Specialty", also helpful in limiting agent access to only one "Location".
Standing Reservations or Recurring appointments
Waiting List
View and add clients to a waitlist and/or allow clients to add themselves.
Gift Certificate feature
Create, sell, send, redeem and track your gift certificates through the calendar.
Buy Credit feature
This is to bundle your services into a credit package which will be used and tracked in the calendar (E.G. Sell a package of 10 one hour massages for the price of ..)..
